1. Will the labels be applied to the bottles?

Yes. Your custom labels will be applied on our high speed automated bottling line. They will then be packed in cases of 24 and shipped to your door ready to enjoy!

2. What kind of water do you use?

Our water comes straight from our springs hidden away in the Majestic Blue Ridge Mountains. The Spring has been family owned and maintained for generations ensuring that the lands surrounding it have remained untainted. As a result, our water is the best in the business. We ensure the pristine quality of our water by monitoring every aspect of our bottling process. We invite you to compare our water to any custom label water on the market.

3. How is your bottled water treated?

Our bottled water is protected by a multi-barrier approach, which includes steps such as source protection and monitoring, and treatment such as micron filtration, ultra-violet disinfection, and ozonation. We utilize ozone instead of chlorine because it leaves no residual and it does not cause a taste or odor problem. Ozone is oxygen which is bubbled through water just before it goes into a clean, sanitized bottle. Within a few hours after the bottle has been filled and capped, the ozone dissipates or converts back to the same form of oxygen that we breathe.

4. What is the shelf-life of my bottled water?

Bottled water is considered to have an indefinite safety shelf life if it is produced in accordance with CGMP and quality standard regulations and is stored in a unopened, properly sealed container. Therefore, FDA does not require an expiration date for bottled water. However, long-term storage of bottled water may result in aesthetic defects, such as off-odor and taste. Bottlers may voluntarily put expiration dates on their labels.

5. Can you add colors, flavors, or vitamins to my water?

No, sorry. We are strictly regulated by the FDA and cannot safely add anything other than our pure spring water to our bottles. Once the water is in the bottles, they are sealed until they reach your lips.

6. What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 cases or 240 bottles.

The Minimum order for ultra clear and 4x8 labels is 25 cases, which is 600 bottles.

7. What size bottles do you offer?

We offer 8oz and 16.9oz bottles.

8. What kind of bottle design do you use?

We use a sleek and modern bottle design that will be sure to impress.

9. Do you offer glass bottles or bottles in other shapes?

We offer only our sleek plastic bottle.

10. Are your bottles recyclable?

Every part of our bottle, including the caps and labels, are 100% recyclable. A portion of the plastic we use to create our bottles is recycled plastic.

11. Can I use my credit card to place my order?

Absolutely! However, if you are unable to pay via credit card, you can also send us a check or money order we will begin processing your order as soon as we receive payment.

12. Can we submit a PO for payment?

Yes, we accept POs from accredited schools and government agencies.

13. What is the average production time for my order?

Our average production time is about 20 business days.

14. Can you accommodate rush orders?

Yes, we can, just give us a call for details.

15. Can we re-order after the initial order?

Absolutely! And as a bonus we waive the set up fee on re-orders using exact art.

16. Do we have to receive the entire order at one time?

17. What kinds of cap do you use?

We use clear caps that are recyclable, unlike those white bottled water caps.

18. Can my logo be etched or printed directly on the bottle?

No, we print your design on a label and then heat-seal it onto your bottle. We DO offer an ultra-clear label, which is completely see-through.

19. What kind of labels do you use?

We use water-resistant, plastic labels that come in full color and ultra-clear. They are fused to the bottle through an intense heating process to ensure that your labels stay on the bottle even when kept in a cooler all day.

20. Are the bottle labels continuous?

No, our labels are designed to specifically leave a very small gap between the label ends. This gap ensures the label is properly heat-fused to the bottle. A continuous label requires the label ends to overlap, increasing the risk of your label peeling because it is not directly heat-fused to the bottle.

21. What sizes are the labels?

Our labels come in two sizes, 2"x 8" and 4" x 8"

22. Will I be able to view and approve my label before my order is processed?

Absolutely! In fact it is a requirement! We want to give every customer the opportunity to review their label and make any improvements or changes necessary. We want your label to be perfect for your specific needs!

23. Can you do four-color process orders?

Yes, we can, we do all of our labels in four-color process and can also match Pantone or PMS colors at no extra charge.

24. What are the charges for set-up and artwork?

We have a $50 setup fee for the order but we have no artwork fee. We have artists on staff waiting to help you design a brilliant label. Whether you have artwork ready to print or need a little help first, the cost to you is the same.

25. Can I provide my own artwork?

Of course you can! Please take note of the required bottling information AND the minor gap between label ends that we include on our templates. Contact us beforehand to receive the proper label template for your preferred bottle size and quantity.

26. What kind of file format is acceptable for artwork?

We like to see artwork in vector form (EPS, AI, PDF) but we will use high resolution (print quality) JPEG, PSD, or TIFF documents. Files should not be taken directly from a website and should not be sent as low quality scanned images unless there is absolutely no other file available.

27. From where is the bottled water shipped?

Most of our water is shipped from Georgia. However, we do ship from other Springs depending upon final delivery locations in order to give you the lowest possible shipping cost.

28. How will my water be packaged?

Your water will come in cases of 24 bottles.

29. Can I drop ship to more than one location?

Yes! We can send your order to as many locations as you like. Please give us a call for more details.

30. When is my payment due?

Payment is due before your order is processed.

31. Are your bottles made in the U.S.A.?

Yes, our bottles are proudly made in the U.S.A.
